Largest room of the coliving, this room is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed (luxury memory foam mattress), private ensuite fully renovated bathroom and a big desk. The big window opens on Mont Prorel, the ski lift of Serre-Chevalier, and the whole Guisane valley - the perfect view for sunsets.

Coliving and coworking space for mountain loving digital nomads and remote workers this is an ideal place if you are looking to get inspired and productive.
Located at the edge of the UNESCO protected citadel of Briançon, with unobstructed views down the valley, the house was fully renovated to make it comfy and functional. The bedrooms are on the first and third floors, and the whole second floor is dedicated to common spaces, including a shared fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with two large tables, a chill room with comfy couches, two coworking spaces with ergonomic chairs and soon a skype room. The house also has a washing room (washing machine + tumble dryer), and a big workout room (with yoga matts).
The community is a very important aspect of this stay. Because they believe that when we bring people together, magic happens, they organize many community activities every week. In practice, every Monday evening the team along with the guests define what will happen during the week. Everyone can suggest an activity and is free to join or not. This way, everyone can organize themselves workwise and free their schedule when there is an activity they want to participate in.
So many activities are organized that it is hard to list them all. Things happen both inside - dinners, game nights, workshops... - and outside - thermal baths, hiking, snowboarding… The sky's the limit!

Flora and fauna
This region is known for its pine forests, glaciers, humid zones and altitude rocks. It's a home for a wide variety of natural environments that shelter a diversity of animals and plants. You can often hear the cries of the nutcracker echo in the larch- and silver pine forests. In the mountain grasslands you can spot many insects, among which the beautiful butterfly ‘Apollon’, marmots, voles and their main predator, the ermine.
During your hikes in the mountains, you’ll maybe have the luck to encounter some chamois. Birds like the golden eagle, the owl ‘grand duc’ and the peregrine falcon make their nests in the cliffs. On the steep rocky alpine gradients alpine sometimes you can encounter an ibex or even animals like the ptarmigan (white partridge) that changes its plumage according to the seasons.
Social ecosystem
The accommodation is located in Briancon, Europe’s highest town in the heart of Ecrins National Park and at the foot of one of France’s largest ski resorts, Serre Chevalier.
The UNESCO protected citadel of Briançon, aka “Cité Vauban”, feels like a village within the town. It has its own ecosystem and people living there are referred to as “Gargouillards”. The citadel’s narrow streets host many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, art galleries, and other wonders. Various guided historical/cultural visits are organized on a regular basis by the city.
There are no official networking spots or meetups but the accommodation organizes a lot of them, especially during winter months.

Esta habitación, la más grande del coliving, está equipada con una cama king size muy cómoda (colchón de espuma viscoelástica de lujo), cuarto de baño privado totalmente renovado y un gran escritorio. El gran ventanal da al Mont Prorel, al telesilla de Serre-Chevalier y a todo el valle de Guisane, una vista perfecta para las puestas de sol.

Coliving y espacio de coworking para nómadas digitales amantes de la montaña y los trabajadores a distancia este es un lugar ideal si usted está buscando para inspirarse y productiva.
Situado en el borde de la ciudadela protegida por la UNESCO de Briançon, con vistas sin obstáculos por el valle, la casa fue completamente renovado para que sea cómodo y funcional. Las habitaciones están en la primera y tercera planta, y toda la segunda planta está dedicada a espacios comunes, incluyendo una cocina compartida totalmente equipada, un comedor con dos mesas grandes, una sala chill con cómodos sofás, dos espacios de coworking con sillas ergonómicas y pronto una sala de skype. La casa también cuenta con un cuarto de lavado (lavadora + secadora) y una gran sala de ejercicios (con colchonetas de yoga).
La comunidad es un aspecto muy importante de esta estancia. Porque creen que cuando unimos a la gente, sucede la magia, organizan muchas actividades comunitarias cada semana. En la práctica, cada lunes por la tarde el equipo junto con los huéspedes definen lo que va a ocurrir durante la semana. Todo el mundo puede sugerir una actividad y es libre de unirse o no. De este modo, todos pueden organizarse laboralmente y liberar su agenda cuando hay una actividad en la que quieren participar.
Se organizan tantas actividades que es difícil enumerarlas todas. Las cosas suceden tanto dentro - cenas, noches de juegos, talleres... - y fuera - baños termales, senderismo, snowboard... ¡El cielo es el límite!

Flora y fauna
Esta región es conocida por sus pinares, glaciares, zonas húmedas y rocas de altitud. Es el hogar de una gran variedad de entornos naturales que albergan una diversidad de animales y plantas. A menudo se oyen los gritos del cascanueces en los bosques de alerce y pino plateado. En las praderas de montaña se pueden avistar numerosos insectos, entre ellos la hermosa mariposa "Apollon", marmotas, topillos y su principal depredador, el armiño.
Durante sus excursiones por las montañas, quizá tenga la suerte de toparse con algún rebeco. En los acantilados anidan aves como el águila real, el búho real y el halcón peregrino. En las empinadas laderas rocosas alpinas a veces se puede encontrar una cabra montés o incluso animales como la perdiz blanca (ptarmigan), que cambia de plumaje según las estaciones.
Ecosistema social
El alojamiento está situado en Briancon, la ciudad más alta de Europa, en el corazón del Parque Nacional de Ecrins y a los pies de una de las mayores estaciones de esquí de Francia, Serre Chevalier.
La ciudadela de Briançon, protegida por la UNESCO y conocida como "Cité Vauban", parece un pueblo dentro de la ciudad. Tiene su propio ecosistema y a sus habitantes se les llama "Gargouillards". Las callejuelas de la ciudadela albergan numerosos cafés, bares, restaurantes, tiendas, galerías de arte y otras maravillas. La ciudad organiza regularmente varias visitas guiadas histórico-culturales.
No hay puntos de encuentro oficiales, pero los alojamientos organizan muchos, sobre todo durante los meses de invierno.
