Very large 200 sq meter light and airy flat with lots of tall windows grace this recently renovated charming apartment.
Four large bedrooms, two bathrooms. (One of the bedrooms can be converted to a dedicated office if desired.) The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors, Persian rugs, and Portuguese tiles throughout.
Wonderful place for a family or a retreat for writers. I have written so many screenplays, friends have finished long gestating novels here.
It's an authentic neighborhood in Lisbon called Penha de Franca. Supermarket in downstairs of building, pharmacy, butcher and fruit shop all adjascent. Closest metros are Arrois and Alameda. 10 min taxi to airport, buses stop directly in front of building.
Short walk to Saldanha, Graca, and Anjos.
Wonderful local restaurants are abound. A true Lisbon experience.

Un piso muy amplio de 200 metros cuadrados, luminoso y aireado, con numerosas ventanas altas que embellecen este encantador apartamento recientemente renovado.
Cuatro dormitorios grandes, dos baños. (Uno de los dormitorios puede convertirse en una oficina dedicada si se desea.) El apartamento tiene hermosos suelos de madera, alfombras persas y azulejos portugueses por todas partes.
Un lugar maravilloso para una familia o un refugio para escritores. Yo he escrito muchos guiones, amigos han terminado aquí novelas que llevaban gestando mucho tiempo.
Es un barrio auténtico de Lisboa llamado Penha de Franca. Hay un supermercado en la planta baja del edificio, farmacia, carnicería y frutería, todos contiguos. Los metros más cercanos son Arroios y Alameda. 10 minutos en taxi al aeropuerto, los autobuses paran justo enfrente del edificio.
A poca distancia a pie de Saldanha, Graça y Anjos.
Hay maravillosos restaurantes locales por todas partes. Una auténtica experiencia lisboeta.
Tercer piso sin ascensor, hay que subir a pie.

Hello - I am a writer-director working in film in Los Angeles and Lisbon. I have had a 15 year love affair with Lisbon. I'm an expat with a strong connection to local culture- I was married to a portuguese and have a a half portuguese child whose accent in portuguese is so much better than mine! La forma de cancelar una reserva varía en función de la fase en la que esta se encuentre.
¿Tu solicitud de reserva sigue esperando la aprobación del propietario? En ese caso, ¡solo tienes que anularla directamente desde tu aplicación web Mi vivienda!
Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.

We spent several months in this apartment during our Erasmus experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We were four students sharing the flat, and from the very beginning it felt like home. The apartment is beautiful, very cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a long stay. It has a warm atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home. The location is also excellent, with great access to public transport. Being so close to the metro and bus connections made it very easy to get around the city and explore Lisbon. Communication with Maryam was always great. Whenever we needed anything, she responded quickly and was always helpful and available, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and well-located place to stay in Lisbon.

The flat is super spacious, with plenty of common areas to enjoy morning coffees and game nights together. The large windows in the living room, with the small balcony out front, were perfect for watching the sunrises and sunsets over Rua Morais Soares. All bedrooms were well equipped with comfortable beds and storage space. The two bathrooms were freshly renovated with authentic Portuguese tiles and left no wishes. While the kitchen is rather small compared to the rest of the apartment, it perfectly accommodated our needs, and we never had any issues with space. The washing machine and dishwasher were especially useful to us:)
Maryam was a very kind and responsive host who was always quick to respond to any question we had. Extending our stay at the end also posed no issue – we'd do it all over again in an instant!
The flat is located in a lively neighbourhood on a bustling street, which calms down during the night though. You can find anything you need on the street, from fruit shops and bakeries, to barbers and electronics shops. There are two smaller grocery stores within 2 minutes of the flat and plenty of larger ones (e.g., Pingo Doce, Continente, Lidl) within 10 minutes of walking. The closest gym is about 5 minutes away. If you don't feel like checking one of the wine bars, cafés, or restaurants on the side streets of Rua Morais Soares, you're only a 20-minute walk away from the beginnings of Alafama, or 7 minutes away from the Green and Red metro lines, which connect you perfectly to the city center and the airport. The closest bus stop is essentially right out the door as well, making the apartment the perfect spot to stay in Lisbon.
