In the historic city center (5mins walk from Venizelou metro station) and super close to restaurants, cafes and bars, shops and food stores. This 1bedroom flat is friendly, comfortable, quiet and full of art, with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
It is situated on the 2nd floor, looking at the back yard and not at the main road. There is also a lift in the building.
The flat consists of a double bedroom with a new queen size matress, a kitchen/living room area with a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dolce gusto espresso coffee machine, kettle, coffee/tea pot maker, pots, plates and cuttlery etc), a big table, a 43" smart TV, a sofa that can open up into a bed and a small bathroom with shower.
It has a small balcony that is overlooking a back yard. It is not looking at the main road or have any balcony views but that makes it a very peacefull and quite place even though it is right in the city center.
It is decorated with artwork and vintage objects and furniture offering a cosy and warm atmosphere.
There are new double glazed windows and a security door. There is a gas boiler for heating and hot water and an air-condition in the living room to cool down the heat. There is a ceiling fan with light in the bedroom.
It is ideal for two people staying but it can actually accommodate up to three people (double bed and sofa that turns into double bed).
Guest access
Self check in with keypads so you can have a flexible check in anytime suits you. Codes are provided 24hrs before arrival for security reasons.
Guests can have full access to all amenities of the house. They also have access to 100Mbps-speed WiFi.
Other things to note
Router for wifi is at the common corridor.

In order to comply with the Hellenic Tax Regulation Law Regulations regarding the lease of property Ι am obliged to submit your ΑΦΜ (for Greek citizens) or your full name and the number of your passport (for other nationalities) to the site of the Hellenic Internal Revenue Service (taxisnet) and issue a rental agreement for the rental period.
