● No Parties or Events: This is a quiet professional and residential building. Parties, loud gatherings, and commercial events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be respected.
● E-Scooters: No e-scooter parking or charging allowed inside the property.

● Departure, Cleaning & Key Return Policy: To ensure a smooth transition and keep the studio in excellent condition, please follow these guidelines for your check-out:
● Mandatory Final Cleaning / The Rule: The final deep cleaning must be performed exclusively by the professional team recommended by the owner. The Cost: The cost which is covered by the tenant.
● Scheduling: You must contact our recommended cleaning team at least 3 days before your departure to schedule the cleaning appointment.
● Key Return & Inspection ProcedureIn-Person Handover: On your check-out day, the owner or a representative will meet you at the studio at a pre-arranged time.
● Property Checklist: We will perform a walkthrough together using an official inspection checklist to verify the property's condition and ensure everything is in order.
● Handing over: All sets of keys (and any building access cards/fobs) must be handed back directly during this meeting.
● Timeframe: Standard check-out time is by 11:00 AM, unless a different time has been explicitly agreed upon in advance.
Mandatory Liability Insurance: All tenants must have valid PROTRIP-WORLD Liability insurance, covering accidental damages to property and furniture. Proof of insurance must be provided before signing the lease, issued by DR-WALTER GmbH:

● Patinetes eléctricos: No se permite aparcar ni cargar patinetes eléctricos dentro de la propiedad.
● Política todo incluido y de uso razonable: Su alquiler mensual incluye Wi-Fi de alta velocidad ilimitado, Ethernet y los gastos de suministros (electricidad, agua, mantenimiento del edificio, datos MiFi portátiles y transporte público gratuito).
● El inquilino se compromete a no cambiar los códigos de acceso ni la configuración de la cuenta (Internet, WiFi, MiFi y acceso general a servicios/sistemas).
● Política de salida, limpieza y devolución de llaves: Para garantizar una transición fluida y mantener el estudio en excelentes condiciones, siga estas pautas para su check-out:
● Limpieza final obligatoria / La norma: La limpieza final a fondo debe ser realizada exclusivamente por el equipo profesional recomendado por el propietario. El coste: El coste corre a cargo del inquilino.
● Programación: Debe ponerse en contacto con nuestro equipo de limpieza recomendado al menos 3 días antes de su salida para programar la cita de limpieza.
● Procedimiento de devolución de llaves e inspección. Entrega en persona: El día del check-out, el propietario o un representante se reunirá con usted en el estudio a una hora acordada previamente.
● Lista de verificación de la propiedad: Haremos juntos un recorrido con una lista de inspección oficial para verificar el estado de la propiedad y asegurarnos de que todo esté en orden.
● Entrega: Todos los juegos de llaves (y cualquier tarjeta o llavero de acceso al edificio) deben devolverse directamente durante esta reunión.
● Horario: La hora estándar de check-out es hasta las 11:00, salvo que se haya acordado expresamente otra hora con antelación.

La forma de cancelar una reserva varía en función de la fase en la que esta se encuentre.
¿Tu solicitud de reserva sigue esperando la aprobación del propietario? En ese caso, ¡solo tienes que anularla directamente desde tu aplicación web Mi vivienda!
Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.
