Proximité immédiate des transports (métro/tram/bus), de supermarchés (Billa/Albert/Kaufland) et de nombreux bars et restaurants.

Hezký byt. Vybavený všem důležitým pro komfortní odpočinek. Dobrá lokalita a blízko metra. Dostupné všichni druhý MHD. Není moc daleko od centra. Majitel velmi přívětivý a příjemný člověk. Úžasné provedený čas v Praze.

Bylo to velmi hezké bydlení. Když jsme něco potřebovali, tak jsme to rychle vyřešili spolu s majitelem bytu. Vždycky rychle odpovídal.

Excellent modern, stylish, comfortable and very well-equipped flat. Roman is very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. He has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into his flat and is happy to help his tenants in whatever way he can.

Pronajímatel byl velice vstřícný, domluva s ním byla opravdu skvělá, dlouho jsem nezažila takový přístup. Bydlení bylo skvělé. Nadmíru spokojená.

Original and quiet place, near to Metro, Tram and Bus stations - 2 minutes of walk and few nice place of cafe and restaurants around.

The overall environment is not bad, very good location and safely.
The house is complete and the things are neatly arranged.
Air aspect is not very breathable especially in summer.
Cleanliness need to strengthen, when we entering the house, my girlfriend and me feel allergy especially nose and skin.

But we have the nice trip in Prague, thank you Pavel Š.

The owner is wonderful, quickly answered all the questions. The house is good, after reconstruction. The apartment, which is decorated in the style of a loft, had everything you need. Housing is very well located geographically - near the metro, supermarkets and a fairly large park. However, the apartment is focused on the sunny side, it was very hot, there is no air conditioning, and the fan is very small and did not solve the problem. Also from 6 am very noisy - the second floor. However, this should not interfere with people who are absent at home during the daytime. Overall, solid 9.

S majitelem bytu velmi příjemná a vstříctná komunikace. Byt plně vybavený, útulný se zajímavým industriálním zařízením a odpovídající popisu. Doporučuji.

Velmi příjemný, nadstandartně vybavený byt ve skvělé lokalitě a dokonalou dostupností do centra Prahy. Komunikace s majitelem rychlá a naprosto bezchybná.
