The windows of the apartment open directly onto the River Danube and the opposite Gellért Hill. From the window on two sides you can see the beautiful Freedom Bridge and the white sparkling Elizabeth Bridge, in front of us the Danube flows, the huge windows have a lot of light flowing in all day.
The entire quay building has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1987.
The apartment consists of a well-equipped bedroom, kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, a unique dining table (cozy dining area), a comfortable armchair, a desk and a wardrobe. Individual lighting, smart TV and high-speed WIFI are also supplied for the convenience of the guests.
The kitchen has all the equipment you need for a comfortable stay: hotplate, oven, refrigerator and freezer, vent hood, kettle, toaster, dishes, set of plates and cutlery and other devices.

Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 14 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 7 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 6 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

Very friendly owner. The apartment was very clean. There is everything necessary for long-term living. Cozy and suitable for a comfortable stay of two people. A gorgeous view of the Danube River from the window. Convenient location, nearby is the subway, the famous city bazaar. We recommend these apartments. No significant negatives were found during 3 months of stay.

The location is very convenient for daily shopping/transportation, the apartment is clean and functional, and the communication with the landlord is very smooth as well. Will definitely come back here when I visit Budapest again!

Eszter is very nice. The apartment is also very nice. I was having problems with the internet a couple weeks into my stay, but Eszter pestered the ISP until they fixed it. After that, there were no problems.
