Our new unique apartment is a beautiful studio apartment in an Art Nouveau apartment house full of character, in the center of Prague, in the old and romantic former industrial district of Karlín.
On the first floor of an Art Nouveau building with 4 meters high ceilings and an excellent Czech restaurant on the ground floor (if you do not have a taste for cooking), our apartment is a small elegant studio, full of light and sunshine, with huge windows facing southwest, towards the railway Negrelli Viaduct from the 19th century. New triple-glazed windows make the apartment very quiet and silent.
Just a few steps away from all major Prague sights: Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Lesser Town, Jewish Quarter, Wenceslas Square are within walking distance of the apartment and close to hundreds of historic beer pubs and quality restaurants, shops and fashion clubs: you can go home on foot!
Anyway, for laziness there are trams and two metro lines (Florenc station), which stop just 4 minutes (290 mt) from our doors!
We finished his reconstruction after long and demanding work, but the apartment is very cozy and you will immediately feel at home.
If you like modern, minimalist style and the magic of old times and things, you will certainly not find another such apartment in the whole city! The main features of the apartment are:

A pocos pasos de los principales lugares de interés de Praga: La Plaza de la Ciudad Vieja, el Puente de Carlos y la Ciudad Pequeña, el Barrio Judío, la Plaza de Wenceslao están a poca distancia del apartamento y cerca de cientos de cervecerías históricas y restaurantes de calidad, tiendas y clubs de moda: ¡se puede ir a casa andando!
De todos modos, para los perezosos hay tranvías y dos líneas de metro (estación Florenc), ¡que paran a sólo 4 minutos (290 mt) de nuestras puertas!
Terminamos su reconstrucción después de un trabajo largo y exigente, pero el apartamento es muy acogedor e inmediatamente se sentirá como en casa.

Alquiler proporcional
Estás pagando por la cantidad equivalente de días que se consumieron en un mes completo (mes = 30 días)
Alojamiento compensatorio
En el caso de que te mudes y la vivienda alquilada no coincida con la información de Flatio, ¡háznoslo saber lo antes posible!
Si se cumplen las condiciones para la rescisión y el propietario no puede solucionar el problema inmediatamente, tienes la opción de rescindir el contrato de alquiler con un reembolso íntegro. Además, te ayudaremos activamente a encontrar un alojamiento alternativo y te acompañaremos hasta que todo esté completamente resuelto.

Política de cancelación
Estricta (30 días)
Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 30 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 14 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 13 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

It's more of a room than an apartment because it shares a corridor with other apartments. There were holes in the walls, cobwebs on the walls, the wooden bed was covered in dust, the washbasin was clogged, the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. In this room, the hood in the kitchen was not carried out properly because of this, all the smells of cooking were heard in the common corridor. Also, just be prepared that the owner can kick you out any day because his friends came to him, and they need to be settled there.

The landlord is cool and polite, very helpful as well! I stayed there for a year and my experience was very smooth. The flat was amazing as well as the location.

Beautiful renovated studio in a vibrant neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cool coffeeshops, and local bars. The Old Town and the train station are located within walking distance. The area can be noisy in the morning as there are renovation works going on (until 2020), but if you're an early bird, this shouldn't be an issue :)
The studio has everything I needed for a one-month stay and I truly enjoyed my time spent there. Landlords were very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The house is quite noisy, which is especially true of a building site directly behind the house and directly in front of the windows of the apartment. The vacuum cleaner is defective, which makes cleaning much more difficult. But this problem may have been solved by now.
