Brand new studio near center, Prague 4

Šárka was an AMAZING host! The apartment is in a great part of Prague. I felt completely at home and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Perfect place for my stay in Prague, very well communicated and comfortable.

Very nice and practical studio flat, furnished with all comforts, the only problem is that some sun gets in even if you pull down all the curtains presnti in the flat and this increases the temerpatura even inside the studio. Otherwise very cosy

Krasny byt, ve vybaveni je vse co clovek potrebuje. Spoluprace s majitelkou naprosto bez problemu.

Everything was excellent. Nice flat, nice building, nice neighborhood. Šárka was also an excellent landlord. Moving in was seamless, and she was responsive with inquiries. All in all, very smooth from beginning to end.

I am very satisfied overall.
In the whole four months that I spent in the apartment I felt very welcome and at home.
Everything necessary was available in the apartment. I also liked the location very much.
During the Corona lookdown in Prague I could recover very well in the apartment and did not feel restricted.
I was able to successfully complete my semester abroad during this time and I was able to find a second home for the time I spend in Prague. Many thanks for the opportunity and the good accommodation.

Transportation as well as restaurants and shops are very close to the apartment and you only have to walk a few steps. Everything is easily accessible and there is a wide choice.

I loved to go to the flea market which is a little bit away from the city but an impressive trip for the weekend.

The apartment is very centrally located and is in a very nice building. With the tram you can reach the center in a few minutes. The apartment is equipped with all important things you need for everyday life. The apartment was perfect for my 6-month internship abroad. I felt very comfortable all the time.

Sarka is a wonderful landlady. From the signing of the contract, the rental period to the end of the lease, everything went very well. She always tried to make sure that everything is in order and helped me with questions. Besides, she was always available.

I would choose the apartment every time again.

The area of the apartment is extremely safe. There are several trams in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, with which you can reach the city centre or the Charles Bridge, for example. There are also several restaurants, bars, cafés, ATMs, kiosks, grocery stores and drugstores in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
