This beautiful apartment is located in the popular Prague district Karlin in an exceptional building Rezidence Expo. The building was in 2001 declared a as a cultural heritage. Three-minute walk takes you to park Kazilovy sady with Baroque Invalidovna in Karlín. In hot summer evening you can enjoy your favorite movie in the summer theater which is next to the park. Nearby is the Vítkov hill, at its top you will find the National Monument on Vítkov, or tennis courts.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. In a minute you get to the yellow line B. Where you won´t get by metro, take you trams 3, 8, 24 or 52. You can park in the surrounding streets or in front of the house, parking is paid.
In neighborhoor you discover cafes and bistros, around the corner is a supermarket and a ATM. You can also use the roof terrace, fitness or restaurant on the ground floor.
One bedroom apartment is cleverly furnished. The main room is visually divided into a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a sofa-bed, the second part offers kitchen and dining room. Johannes was an excelent host and when I needed something he was very quick on solving it and making sure I had the best stay. Thank you Johannes. The apartment's location is excelent, close enough to the city center, right by the metro station and tram, which made moving around the city much easier.

The neighborhood is very local's only. It seems to be very new, with a lot of new building and has good restaurants and shops nearby. It is very walkable and there is a park nearby.

Johannes was an excelent host and when I needed something he was very quick on solving it and making sure I had the best stay. Thank you Johannes. The apartment's location is excelent, close enough to the city center, right by the metro station and tram, which made moving around the city much easier.

The flat itself was well lit during the day, unobstructed by other buildings, adequately equipped for basic cooking needs, washing laundry, TV, and soaking in the tub.
If I must mention one downside, is that the pillows were not very suitable for sleeping, they seem more like couch cushions, and the towels were quite small. Small things that can easily be fixed.
Prime location due to its connectivity in a generally peaceful area, not smacked in the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Big plus: The building has a reception area where they will help receive parcels when you're not in. Staff (in particular, the elderly gentleman was so pleasant although I do not speak Czech) were friendly and helpful.
Happy to return for my next trip.

The apartment is just right for 1 or 2 people with nice and well enough equipped kitchen. You find everything you need for cooking an occasional dinner. Nice big TV with all the channels you wish. Comfortable bed, reasonably quiet environment for sleep, considering it's 10 story apartment building. Lots of storage in the entrance hall, small but not cramped bathroom. I was there by myself this time but wouldn't hesitate to return with my husband . Communication with Johannes and his wife was easy and prompt.

Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.

Estás pagando por la cantidad equivalente de días que se consumieron en un mes completo (mes = 30 días)
Alojamiento compensatorio
En el caso de que te mudes y la vivienda alquilada no coincida con la información de Flatio, ¡háznoslo saber lo antes posible!
Si se cumplen las condiciones para la rescisión y el propietario no puede solucionar el problema inmediatamente, tienes la opción de rescindir el contrato de alquiler con un reembolso íntegro. Política de cancelación
Estricta (30 días)
Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 30 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 14 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 13 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

Johannes was an excelent host and when I needed something he was very quick on solving it and making sure I had the best stay. Thank you Johannes. The apartment's location is excelent, close enough to the city center, right by the metro station and tram, which made moving around the city much easier.

The neighborhood is very local's only. It seems to be very new, with a lot of new building and has good restaurants and shops nearby. It is very walkable and there is a park nearby.

Johannes was a gracious host, accommodating and responsive to my queries. He prepared an extension cable upon request, replaced batteries for the weighing scale, and collected the fan for fixing when I informed him that it's not working.
The flat itself was well lit during the day, unobstructed by other buildings, adequately equipped for basic cooking needs, washing laundry, TV, and soaking in the tub.
If I must mention one downside, is that the pillows were not very suitable for sleeping, they seem more like couch cushions, and the towels were quite small. Small things that can easily be fixed.
Prime location due to its connectivity in a generally peaceful area, not smacked in the hustle and bustle of the city centre.
Big plus: The building has a reception area where they will help receive parcels when you're not in. Staff (in particular, the elderly gentleman was so pleasant although I do not speak Czech) were friendly and helpful.
Happy to return for my next trip.

I highly recommend this apartment. It boasts a perfect location with the metro and tram stations right at the bottom of the building, as well as a nearby grocery store. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and ideal for one or two people. Furthermore, the landlord, Johaness, is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it

Location is unbeatable anywhere in Prague. Metro is right by the building as well as several tram stops. Also Albert Supermarket and coffee shops, restaurants etc everything short walk near by including nice park. Huge patio on the roof with nice views of Prague. The apartment is just right for 1 or 2 people with nice and well enough equipped kitchen. You find everything you need for cooking an occasional dinner. Nice big TV with all the channels you wish. Comfortable bed, reasonably quiet environment for sleep, considering it's 10 story apartment building. Lots of storage in the entrance hall, small but not cramped bathroom. I was there by myself this time but wouldn't hesitate to return with my husband . Communication with Johannes and his wife was easy and prompt.

It was a pleasant stay, the neighborhood is really nice and Johannes was really helpful to our every need. Overall the apartment is completely equipped and in excellent shape.
