Hi, my name is Estela. I was born and raised in Budapest where I left from 15 years ago in search of my dreams and travel. In the past years, I have lived and travelled to so many countries, such as US, UK, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Thailand, Morocco, Spain, Portugal and the list could go and on.. It's a beautifully decorated flat in a cool hipster area with lots of interesting bars, restaurants cafes on walking distance. A great tapas place just over the road. It's very spacious and feels homely. The bathroom is extremely luxurious with a huge tub and a shower, lovely tiles. Estela is lovely and was so kind and helpful. Bed was very comfortable.If I had to say a downside I would say that being on the ground floor and facing the street it can get quite noisy during the weekend nights, and with the rubbish trucks coming past and collecting at 5 am some mornings. During the day however the street is quiet with very little traffic. Overall a great experience to stay there, this is a proper home, not a rental place, and it has s great energy and beautiful decorations and furniture.

The apartment is very spacious, decorated with love and great taste, and felt very homely. it is the landlady's home during the summer and it feels like a home rather than a rental flat. it has a really good energy, beautiful high ceilings and a lot of original period features such as the wooden shutters which make the rooms nice and dark at night. The bathroom is so luxurious with the choice of large tub or shower. It feels like a very tasteful hotel bathroom. Esther is a lovely person and I was lucky to meet her before she left. Both her and her Dad were very helpful with everything.

The flat is absolutely beautiful, I had an amazing time staying here. For such a dense city the flat felt extremely light and airy. Also the ground floor position is an underappreciated treat for anyone who doesn't want three flights of stairs every time they leave and enter. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked often. Eszter is always friendly and helped with every problem I had (which were very few). My only small criticism is that at the time of my stay there was a large time difference between us, which made some replies slower than desired.

The kitchen is beautifully arranged. There was a lot of food in it. We too tried to leave a lot of food when we left. Everything is beautifully appointed. Estela and her father were very kind people. Its an absolutely lovely area which we have been Familiar with from before. Trams, bus, shops, supermarkets are all nearby. There are churches and restaurants in walking distance. Yet its a quiet street only filled with university students as many of the buildings in the street belong to university. But the students are quiet most of the time. They add a nice young feel to the ambience. This is part of the historic palace district so there are fantastic buildings all around. We can't say enough about this lovely apartment which should be used by all.

Para reservas de 180 días o más, el propietario exige una fianza reembolsable.

Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 30 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 14 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 13 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

It's a beautifully decorated flat in a cool hipster area with lots of interesting bars, restaurants cafes on walking distance. A great tapas place just over the road. Bed was very comfortable.If I had to say a downside I would say that being on the ground floor and facing the street it can get quite noisy during the weekend nights, and with the rubbish trucks coming past and collecting at 5 am some mornings. During the day however the street is quiet with very little traffic. Overall a great experience to stay there, this is a proper home, not a rental place, and it has s great energy and beautiful decorations and furniture.

The apartment is very spacious, decorated with love and great taste, and felt very homely. it is the landlady's home during the summer and it feels like a home rather than a rental flat. it has a really good energy, beautiful high ceilings and a lot of original period features such as the wooden shutters which make the rooms nice and dark at night. The bathroom is so luxurious with the choice of large tub or shower. It feels like a very tasteful hotel bathroom. Esther is a lovely person and I was lucky to meet her before she left. Both her and her Dad were very helpful with everything.

The flat is absolutely beautiful, I had an amazing time staying here. For such a dense city the flat felt extremely light and airy. Also the ground floor position is an underappreciated treat for anyone who doesn't want three flights of stairs every time they leave and enter. The kitchen is well equipped and I cooked often. Eszter is always friendly and helped with every problem I had (which were very few). My only small criticism is that at the time of my stay there was a large time difference between us, which made some replies slower than desired.

Miss Eszter and her father most amazing people helped very much when we need it. The only bad thing was that vacation wasn't longer. Thank you Miss Eszter for everything and cannot wait to come back next time. For sure will be again there this year.

Maybe but I did not see to much of Budapest our house was to comfortably and we had all the shops and coffee shops around us so we been a little bit lazy. The Buda Castle is amazing 😍😍😍.
