I'm eager to introduce you to the original, hidden places of our beloved capital. Our cozy, modern-style apartment is located very centrally, close to the Chain Bridge, right below the Castle District. A lively, rich and fascinating neighborhood. We are so close to most of the sights such as the Castle, Fisherman Bastille, Funicular that you reach everything in a short walk so it's comfortable to come back and take a rest at home any time.

FLAT DESCRIPTION

Our flat is located in the vibrant center of the 1st district, famous for the super quick access to the Castle, Danube and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Center!
The size of the flat is 35 m2 situated on the 5th floor, with wide panoramic view for the Parliament, Buda Castle and Fisherman Bastille provides you with a spacious feeling.
The house has a decadent, old beauty while the apartment is very simple and basic, but feels home immediately, you can be sure that everything is new, modern, working and made for comfortable use.
Our main goal is that you have an amazing stay in Budapest and feel a little like home in the flat, so we used natural materials and colors.

We’ve built a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, kettle, and an electric stove where you can cook an entire dinner for up to 3-4 people. We’ve made sure you have a reasonable choice of kitchen tools to prepare a delicious meal.

In the bathroom, we've built a shower cabin. We've got an electric towel dryer, that also can be used in the summer, so it's easy to dry your wet clothes or towels.
The toilet is located in the bathroom

The only good thing about this apartment is that it has a very good location. Apart from that, it is very noisy (the main room faces the street) and you can barely sleep during the night. Not to mention in the summer it is extremely hot (being at the last floor) and the existing fan doesn't keep up with the high temperatures. On top of that one of the windows doesn't fully close. The washing machine doesn't spin the clothes and once the cycle is over you get your clothes full of water. There wasn't also any recent disinfection since there were spiders and ants in the apartment. But at the end of the day, what was the most disturbing is the fact that once you've moved in and pay, the landlord completely ignores you if you have any issues or something is not according to the description. Extremely amateurish!
