Hi, I make my studio with ❤ for you. I like to meet new people from all over the world. I like travel , read new books, meet new people and visit new pleases.
I really enjoyed my time at the Tortuga Studio and Victoria is such an amazing hostess. She was extremely responsive and attentive and taking care of any issues that would come up at an incredible speed. The studio itself is incredibly cozy, newly built & furnished, tastefully decorated and, most importantly, only a 3 min walk away from the beach itself. This is an incredible deal, since it is possible to just jump over there and enjoy the sea in no time. Also, the Internet connection is extremely reliable and I had no issues whatsoever working remotely, taking both videocalls and uploading files. It is true that there is no proper workstation at hand, but just using the cushions and the provided chairs I managed to make it comfortable for myself.
Then, the connection to Burgas is also quite good, having buses until quite late (11pm/23h) and super frequently (every 15-20min) and for cheap (about 0.80€). Sarafovo, the town where the studio is located, is actually part of Burgas now. Also, the airport is at a walkable distance, if you would like to travel here by plane. All in all, I could explore all around, without needing to have a car, which is a super positive aspect if you don't drive or dislike driving in general.
I also rented a bike from a local business and enjoyed riding along the coast for a weekend. This was incredibly fun and would also recommend. It is possible to ride all the way down to a bridge on the other side of the Burgas Bay following the official bike lane. You can also reach some remote beaches over there.
There are also frequent buses to Varna, Nessebar, Sozopol and Sunny Beach. To go to Nessebar and Sunny Beach you don't even need to go to Burgas at all to catch them. I'd specificalle recommend both Nessebar and Sozopol to explore. They are quite beautiful.
Regarding groceries, there is a really good fruit shop very nearby on the main street and with amazing service I was always going to. Since I'm vegetarian, I don't usually go to eat out in smaller places like this one in the Balkans. But it was perfect. The kitchen had everything that was needed (Victoria even bought a microwave that I requested) and there is also a bigger supermarket, a Billa, at a walkable distance. So, all in all, the place has it all.
Like I said, I really spent some amazing holidays here.
If I were to name any downside, I'd say that the building felt a bit noisy sometimes (at least, during the summer time). Some nights I could hear the neighbors talking until late or there was some hammering around the walls taking place during the day (I might have been a bit unlucky regarding this. They were not that frequent, luckily enough). Also, the studio is located right next to the entrance of the building, so it felt kind of exposed and in the evening I could always hear people coming and going. But I guess this is the normal thing in this kind of newly built holiday resorts / aparthotels. And I must admit I'm quite sensitive to noise myself and really value my privacy.
All in all, it is a great deal. I would sincerely recommend it

Si se cumplen las condiciones para la rescisión y el propietario no puede solucionar el problema inmediatamente, tienes la opción de rescindir el contrato de alquiler con un reembolso íntegro. Además, te ayudaremos activamente a encontrar un alojamiento alternativo y te acompañaremos hasta que todo esté completamente resuelto.

Política de cancelación

Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 14 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 7 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 6 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

I really enjoyed my time at the Tortuga Studio and Victoria is such an amazing hostess. She was extremely responsive and attentive and taking care of any issues that would come up at an incredible speed. The studio itself is incredibly cozy, newly built & furnished, tastefully decorated and, most importantly, only a 3 min walk away from the beach itself. This is an incredible deal, since it is possible to just jump over there and enjoy the sea in no time. Also, the Internet connection is extremely reliable and I had no issues whatsoever working remotely, taking both videocalls and uploading files. It is true that there is no proper workstation at hand, but just using the cushions and the provided chairs I managed to make it comfortable for myself.
Then, the connection to Burgas is also quite good, having buses until quite late (11pm/23h) and super frequently (every 15-20min) and for cheap (about 0.80€). Sarafovo, the town where the studio is located, is actually part of Burgas now. Also, the airport is at a walkable distance, if you would like to travel here by plane. All in all, I could explore all around, without needing to have a car, which is a super positive aspect if you don't drive or dislike driving in general.
I also rented a bike from a local business and enjoyed riding along the coast for a weekend. This was incredibly fun and would also recommend. It is possible to ride all the way down to a bridge on the other side of the Burgas Bay following the official bike lane. You can also reach some remote beaches over there.
There are also frequent buses to Varna, Nessebar, Sozopol and Sunny Beach. To go to Nessebar and Sunny Beach you don't even need to go to Burgas at all to catch them. I'd specificalle recommend both Nessebar and Sozopol to explore. They are quite beautiful.
Regarding groceries, there is a really good fruit shop very nearby on the main street and with amazing service I was always going to. Since I'm vegetarian, I don't usually go to eat out in smaller places like this one in the Balkans. But it was perfect. The kitchen had everything that was needed (Victoria even bought a microwave that I requested) and there is also a bigger supermarket, a Billa, at a walkable distance. So, all in all, the place has it all.
Like I said, I really spent some amazing holidays here.
If I were to name any downside, I'd say that the building felt a bit noisy sometimes (at least, during the summer time). Some nights I could hear the neighbors talking until late or there was some hammering around the walls taking place during the day (I might have been a bit unlucky regarding this. They were not that frequent, luckily enough). Also, the studio is located right next to the entrance of the building, so it felt kind of exposed and in the evening I could always hear people coming and going. But I guess this is the normal thing in this kind of newly built holiday resorts / aparthotels. And I must admit I'm quite sensitive to noise myself and really value my privacy.
All in all, it is a great deal. I would sincerely recommend it

It is a very quiet neighbourhood and away from the hustle and bustle of say Burgas. If you want that or need anything not in the village it is a short bus ride away. The beech is within walking distance and very pleasant.

I am not one to venture out to the local resturants preferring to cook for myself. However as I walked past they appeared frequented. I went there to be quiet and enjoy the beech. I did go to the White Dolphin which had good food and showed the premier league football matches.
