Enjoy the top floor penthouse apartment in a brand new building which boasts three terraces, custom designer built-in cabinetry and breathtaking views of Prague. This is a remote workers dream; gigabit internet with a mesh setup blankets the entire apartment, as well as the outdoor spaces. Sit outside next to the large rooftop garden to relax and enjoy the view and some greenery.
No details were spared with the construction of this apartment. The kitchen appliances are all Bosch (stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher), there is a brand new washing machine as well as a separate dryer, and there are two air conditioning units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bathroom has heated floors and a heated towel rack. This is not your typical short term rental apartment with crappy stuff - this is meant for people who want a home away from home, who will want to cook a meal with real pots and pans, and enjoy a (mostly) non-ikea experience. Even the bed is custom made!
50m2 interior, 60m2 exterior! This is a one bedroom apartment, with a separate living room with adjoining kitchen area. Parking can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. There are three terraces - one directly off of the living room with unbelievable views of Prague where you can have a coffee in the morning, there are two small chairs and a small table. One very large terrace off of the hallway which is completely private, and has a set of two chairs, a love seat and a table, and has a private rooftop garden view. The last terrace is connected to the bedroom.
This apartment has everything you need to get started; towels, linens and even the smaller stuff like salt, pepper and olive oil. It also comes equipped with a nespresso coffee pod machine, a tea kettle and a toaster. The building has an elevator, and there are actually no steps to get from the ground floor into the apartment.
The apartment also has a full sized desk in the living room, as well as a 43 inch smart monitor which actually is a computer monitor but doubles as a TV for casting from your devices. Just plug in via the USB-C cable, and you will be connected, charging and ready to work on a massive screen.
Situated just one block from the Kobilysy metro station (which oddly enough has a supermarket in it), you can be in the city center in less than 10 minutes, or just 4 short stops away. There are also a range of trams also one block away which will bring you to most places in Prague. Escape the noise of the direct city center, but enjoy complete access to all of Prague.

¡50 m² de superficie interior y 60 m² de superficie exterior! Se trata de un apartamento de un dormitorio, con un salón independiente y una zona de cocina contigua. Se puede organizar una plaza de aparcamiento previa solicitud y por un suplemento. Hay tres terrazas: una que da directamente al salón, con unas vistas increíbles de Praga, donde podrás tomarte un café por la mañana; cuenta con dos sillas pequeñas y una mesita. Hay una terraza muy amplia que da al pasillo, totalmente privada, con un conjunto de dos sillas, un sofá de dos plazas y una mesa, y con vistas a un jardín privado en la azotea. Este apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para empezar: toallas, ropa de cama e incluso pequeños detalles como sal, pimienta y aceite de oliva. También está equipado con una cafetera de cápsulas Nespresso, un hervidor de agua y una tostadora. El edificio dispone de ascensor y, de hecho, no hay que subir ningún escalón para acceder al apartamento desde la planta baja.
El apartamento también cuenta con un escritorio de tamaño estándar en el salón, así como con un monitor inteligente de 43 pulgadas que, en realidad, es un monitor de ordenador pero que también funciona como televisor para transmitir contenido desde tus dispositivos. Solo tienes que conectarlo mediante el cable USB-C y ya estarás conectado, cargando el dispositivo y listo para trabajar en una pantalla gigante.
Situado a solo una manzana de la estación de metro de Kobilysy (que, por curioso que parezca, tiene un supermercado en su interior), puedes llegar al centro de la ciudad en menos de 10 minutos, o en tan solo 4 paradas. También hay varias líneas de tranvía a una manzana de distancia que te llevarán a la mayoría de los lugares de Praga. Aléjate del ruido del centro de la ciudad, pero disfruta de un acceso completo a toda Praga.

Sin embargo, supongamos que el propietario ya ha aprobado tu solicitud de reserva y tú ya no estás interesado en ella. En ese caso, aún puedes cancelar la reserva antes de firmar el contrato de alquiler. Pero ten en cuenta que solo debes hacerlo en casos imprescindibles. Porque cuando el propietario acepta tu reserva, su alojamiento deja de anunciarse, y puede perder la oportunidad de alquilarlo a otra persona.

Contrato en línea en tu idioma. La base es un contrato celebrado en el idioma del lugar del alquiler, pero este siempre se traduce al inglés y a los idiomas más utilizados. El contrato se firma siempre en línea, por lo que lo puedes celebrar estés donde estés.

Garantía de presentación fiel del apartamento. Con Flatio, puedes estar seguro de que el apartamento es exactamente como se presenta. Si, por lo que sea, las condiciones del apartamento no se ajustan a la descripción de la oferta, te reembolsaremos el alquiler y los costes en su totalidad y te daremos 7 noches de habitación de hotel gratis.

Si se cumplen las condiciones para la rescisión y el propietario no puede solucionar el problema inmediatamente, tienes la opción de rescindir el contrato de alquiler con un reembolso íntegro. Alquiler
Si cancelas tu reserva 14 o más días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos por completo el primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva hasta 7 días antes de entrar, te reembolsaremos un 50% del primer alquiler.
Si cancelas tu reserva menos de 6 días antes de entrar, no te reembolsaremos el primer alquiler.
Tarifa de Servicio
La Tarifa de Servicio es siempre reembolsable.
Si envías un mensaje al equipo de soporte de Flatio solicitando la cancelación de la reserva ("rescisión desde la fecha de inicio") dentro de las 48 horas posteriores a la entrada en vigencia del contrato de arrendamiento, tienes derecho a recuperar la suma íntegra que abonaste por la tarifa de servicio.
Pasadas 48 horas, tienes derecho al reembolso de la tarifa de servicio en forma de "vale" equivalente al total de la tarifa de servicio que abonaste. El vale lo puedes utilizar en tu próxima reserva y tiene una validez de 12 meses. Si la tarifa de servicio de tu próxima reserva es inferior al importe del vale, te emitiremos uno nuevo por la cantidad restante, válido también durante 12 meses.

I absolutely loved staying in this apartment. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and had everything I needed. The view was breathtaking, and at night it felt like living in a fairy tale as the city lights illuminated the skyline.

Great flat in a perfect location. The views are beautiful, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need as kitchen utensils, cooking essentials, and even capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher.

Absolutely loved my stay at this apartment in Prague. The location was superb, just a couple of minutes’ walk from the underground station with great connections to the rest of the city, so getting around was effortless. The views from the flat were genuinely breathtaking, and the space itself was spotless and well maintained. The washer and dryer worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was completely quiet at night which was ideal for a good night’s sleep. Hot water was always available in the shower which was great after long days exploring. Overall, it is a high quality apartment with everything you need and a welcoming, attentive host, and I would happily stay here again.
