Situated roughly halfway between Portimão and Lagos is the pretty harbour village of Alvor. Situated just 5 minutes away from the iconic Praia dos 3 Irmãos there's our gorgeous 4 bedroom house Sal e Tal. It comes with free public parking, free access to the incredible pool, and a great private patio for lovely times among family and friends. There's also a paddle and tennis courts in the neighborhood which guests can book for a fee in the club's reception.
The space:
This magnificent house is divided as follows:
MAIN HOUSE
- One en-suite with two single beds, a crib and a ceiling fan. Extra single bed can be added upon request.
- A second bedroom with two single beds. All beds come with clean linen!
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need for your homecooked meals (stove, oven, full fridge with freezer). There's also a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience!
- Living area with two cozy sofas and a flat screen TV.
- One full bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror. Towels and toilet paper are provided for your convenience!
- A spacious and sunny patio where you can enjoy a meal in Algarve's beautiful weather.

House rules:
1. Please make yourself at home!
2. Please take care of the house as if it were your own, keeping it clean and tidy.
3. Save water & electricity and help us protect the environment.
4. Be kind to your neighbors and please avoid making noise after 22h as this is a residential building (Noise is prohibited from 22h until 8h in the morning as per the law in Portugal).
5. Smoking is prohibited in the house and the building.
6. Please be safe and protect yourself by not leaning over or sitting on the windowsills, balconies or handrails.
7. All windows and doors must be locked when leaving the apartment or during rainfall.
Please also keep the building and apartment doors locked when away from the apartment.
8. Events or gatherings of any kind are not allowed.
9. Pets are not allowed (sorry!).

The neighborhood:
One of Alvor's greatest assets is the wide, palm tree-lined riverfront. Stretching out in both directions, the hub is the square of Largo Ribeira with its fish statue giving a hint at what's on the menu here! There are a number of restaurants here all serving up what is regarded as some of the tastiest seafood in the region. From the square you can take a short pleasant walk along the river into what almost feels like the countryside. Head in the opposite direction, past the new fishermen's huts and marina, as most people do, and you will soon find yourself on the vast expanse of golden sand that is Alvor beach. Given its location, Alvor is a great spot for exploring the neighbouring towns of Portimão and Lagos. There are regular buses running from next to the central taxi rank to either town.

The house itself is serviced by a team of professional cleaners, and fresh linen and towels will be provided to you for the duration of your stay.

Situado a sólo 5 minutos de la icónica Praia dos 3 Irmãos hay nuestra hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios Sal e Tal. Dispone de aparcamiento público gratuito, acceso gratuito a la increíble piscina y un gran patio privado para disfrutar de momentos agradables con la familia y los amigos. También hay pistas de pádel y tenis en el barrio, que los huéspedes pueden reservar por una tarifa en la recepción del club.
El espacio:
Esta magnífica casa se divide de la siguiente manera:
CASA PRINCIPAL
- Una habitación con dos camas individuales, una cuna y un ventilador de techo. Se puede añadir una cama individual extra bajo petición.
- Un segundo dormitorio con dos camas individuales. Todas las camas tienen sábanas limpias
- Cocina totalmente equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar para tus comidas caseras (cocina, horno, frigorífico completo con congelador). También hay un lavavajillas y una lavadora para su comodidad
- Sala de estar con dos cómodos sofás y TV de pantalla plana.
- Un cuarto de baño completo con ducha, inodoro, lavabo y espejo. ¡Toallas y papel higiénico se proporcionan para su comodidad!
- Un patio amplio y soleado donde se puede disfrutar de una comida en el hermoso clima del Algarve.

Reglas de la casa:
1. ¡Por favor, siéntase como en casa!
2. Por favor, cuida de la casa como si fuera tuya, manteniéndola limpia y ordenada.
3. Ahorra agua y electricidad y ayúdanos a proteger el medio ambiente.
4. Sea amable con sus vecinos y por favor evite hacer ruido después de las 22h ya que este es un edificio residencial (El ruido está prohibido desde las 22h hasta las 8h de la mañana según la ley en Portugal).
5. Está prohibido fumar en la casa y en el edificio.
6. Por favor, sea seguro y protéjase no inclinándose o sentándose en los alféizares de las ventanas, balcones o barandillas.
7. Todas las ventanas y puertas deben estar cerradas con llave al salir del apartamento o cuando llueva.
Por favor, mantenga también las puertas del edificio y del apartamento cerradas cuando esté fuera del apartamento.
8. No se permiten eventos ni reuniones de ningún tipo.
9. No se permiten mascotas (¡lo sentimos!).

El barrio:
Uno de los mayores atractivos de Alvor es su amplia ribera bordeada de palmeras. Extendiéndose en ambas direcciones, el centro es la plaza de Largo Ribeira con su estatua de pescado que da una pista de lo que hay en el menú Aquí hay varios restaurantes que sirven uno de los mariscos más sabrosos de la región. Desde la plaza se puede dar un corto y agradable paseo a lo largo del río hacia lo que casi parece el campo. Diríjase en dirección opuesta, pasando por las nuevas casetas de pescadores y el puerto deportivo, como hace la mayoría de la gente, y pronto se encontrará en la vasta extensión de arena dorada que es la playa de Alvor. Dada su ubicación, Alvor es un lugar ideal para explorar las ciudades vecinas de Portimão y Lagos. Junto a la parada central de taxis circulan autobuses regulares a ambas ciudades.
