Casa do Torel is a typical Lisbon building, composed of 8 independent flats, designed to welcome you to live a Lisbon experience.
The selected apartment has access by digicode. It is bright with a warm atmosphere.
The apartment has a double bed and a bench that can be converted into a bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Ideal for 2 adults with 1 or 2 small children.
2) The apartment
On arrival the beds will be made and you will find towels in the bathrooms and shower gel. Everything will be organized to make sure you have a great stay in this enchanting city.
Special care has been taken to ensure your comfort. On site you will find mattresses specially designed for the luxury hotel.
In order to offer the best guest experience and for an additional fee, the establishment can :
- Buy you something to make your first breakfast (To be defined together what would please you)
- Buy your tickets to get around the city with peace of mind
Under certain conditions, the institution may also:
- Organize a private tour of the city with a French guide.

Due to the health situation, no more reservations will be accepted more than 30 days in advance.
Casa do Torel is located in a quiet and residential street where you will feel the real atmosphere of the city.
The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the main historical areas of the city: Bairro Alto, Chiado, Alfama, Principe Real.
The location of the apartment is very well served by public transport:
- 5 minute walk from the Avenida - Blue Line metro station (45 minutes from the airport) ;
- 5 minute walk to the Aerobus and taxi stops at Avenida da Liberdade. (about 20 minutes drive from the airport)
- 10 minutes on foot from Rossio station (connections with Sintra), 10 minutes by metro from Santa Apolonia station (connections with northern lines), 10 minutes by metro from Sete Rios (connections with southern bus and train lines).

Puedes revisar online el contrato de alquiler antes de realizar tu reserva. Después del cierre del contrato estará disponible en la aplicación Mi vivienda.
No hace falta preocuparte por los contratos de alquiler de FLATIO. Nuestros contratos están hechos para evitar cualquier problema. Aunque algunos propietarios requieren un contrato propio, están cambiados según nuestras condiciones.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancellation policy).
