This beautiful sunny apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Prague 3. Nearby you will find several parks - Židovské pece, Parukářka and Malešický park, where you can enjoy a nice walk. Seven minutes walk away is JumpPark where you can work out on trampolines. Sports and recreation complex Pražačka with indoor and outdoor pools and playgrounds for football, volleyball, basketball and many other sports is a 10-minute walk away. Another sport centre Hector is only 15min walk / 5min by bus. It’s for everybody who likes to play squash, bowling, tennis, badminton or just like to relax in sauna or having a massage.
The location is easily accessible by public transport. In four minutes you walk to bus stop with buses 133, 155, 146, 267, 908 and 909. The bus will take you in 5 minutes to green metro line A - Želivského or red and yellow line B/C - Florenc in 13 mins. In seven minutes you get to the tram 1, 9, 11 and 98 which will take you to city centre i.e. Anděl, Wenceslas square, Jiřího z Poděbrad, Hlavní Nádraží etc. If you are traveling by car, you can conveniently park in the garage. In vicinity you will find restaurants, supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy or cinema.
Spacious two-bedroom apartment is decorated in bright tones, which matches well with housing supplements in significant colors, therefore has very pleasant atmosphere. A long corridor, that goes through the whole flat, ends in a living room with kitchenette. Spacious room with balcony is equipped with a comfortable sofa from which you can watch SMART TV on the opposite wall. The white kitchen is very well equipped, cooking will be fun here! You can heat up the pan on the electric stove, break some eggs and you have a wonderful breakfast. Lunch or dinner can be prepared with oven or microwave. You can enjoy the tasty meal at the dinning table. And what about dirty dishes? You don't need to worry about that anymore, kitchen isequipped with a dishwasher.
The apartment offers two bedrooms. One is furnished with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second room has a single bed which can be easily converted into double bed by pulling out the bed base, dresser and closet, under the window also stands a desk that will serve well as a home office. The bathroom is decorated in warm shades of brown. It features a spacious bath and a washing machine with thumble dryer. The toilet is separate.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid contract? In order to cancel your reservation for FREE, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time depends on the type of cancellation policy).
